1 General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 3k vp platform and all of its services. The following terms are used in these Terms:

• "Platform" — refers to the 3k vp website (https://3k-vp.cam) and all services, applications, and products under it.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who has created a registered account on 3k vp or visits this platform.

2.3 Accurate Information at Registration

You must provide accurate name, address, date of birth, and contact details when opening an account. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and all transactions being reviewed. If your details change, update them through account settings or contact the support team.

3 Account Security and Identity Verification

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. 3k vp will not be liable for any transactions carried out by someone using your details.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, 3k vp may request a copy of your national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to submit these documents may delay withdrawal requests. Once verification is complete, withdrawals are generally processed within one hour.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit on 3k vp is ৳500. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Only use payment methods registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within one hour. However, withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Security

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To claim this bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, a ৳1,200 bonus is added, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; before withdrawing that bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the required wagering has been completed.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

3k vp runs special offers from time to time, including a weekly 3k vp reload bonus (30%, up to ৳8,000), a Friday special deposit festival (50%, up to ৳10,000), a slots lovers reward (40%, up to ৳6,000), a birthday special gift (up to ৳2,000), and a refer-a-friend bonus (up to ৳3,000). Each offer has its own wagering conditions and validity period.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• While one bonus offer is active, another cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If bonus wagering has not been completed and you withdraw your deposit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus, manipulate the system, or exploit platform vulnerabilities may result in account closure along with forfeiture of related winnings.
• 3k vp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed until the final result is declared in accordance with the applicable rules. 3k vp reserves the right to void any placed bet due to a technical error or incorrect odds.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sports is dependent on the official result of the relevant match. If a match is abandoned or suspended before the scheduled time, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules. For multi-bets, if one selection is void, it will generally be treated as odds of 1.00.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures fairness. The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is stated in the game's information section. Jackpot prizes are distributed according to the game's own rules and cannot be predicted or guaranteed in advance.

6.4 Result Disputes

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3k vp platform:

1. Operating an account for a minor (under 21) or helping a minor use these services.
2. Creating multiple accounts or operating an account in someone else's name.
3. Manipulating the bonus system or any promotional offer.
4. Using computer programs, bots, or automated software to influence betting decisions.

6. Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or gain unauthorised access to its servers.
7. Harassing other users or engaging in unethical behaviour.

8 Limitation of Liability

The 3k vp platform operates on an "as is" basis. 3k vp's liability is limited in cases where a user suffers a loss due to internet disconnection, server downtime, or any other technical issue.

Specifically, 3k vp will not be liable in the following situations:

• If a bet or game is not completed due to a problem with the user's own internet connection.
• If any loss occurs due to a fault in the user's device or software.
• If a third-party payment provider's service is disrupted.
• If the user's account login details fall into the hands of an unauthorised person.

Nonetheless, 3k vp always tries to protect users' best interests and takes an active role in resolving issues caused by technical errors.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by 3k vp

3k vp may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breaching any clause of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation.
• Account information found to be false.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any funds in the account beforehand. Contact the support team to request account closure. 11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

11.3 General Provisions
